  • Venezuela country that concerns us, in your present time faces a serious crisis in higher education, where many universities has lost its way, they are not integrated to the needs of the country, forming the professionals capable of generating changes that are in demand and which successfully face the challenges, as well as take advantage of opportunities that arise. Forgot to many universities their commitment, role, social responsibility, above all, because they do not have a team of authorities in accordance with the requirements for example, that demand the Bolivarian revolution towards what have called socialism of the 21st century, this, that, those involved always are the same that make up the groups of power, groups already entrenched for decades, keeping its traditionalism, its influence, and that they have parceled to some universities, according to their personal interests and not those of the University community is forgotten as someone has already said, that the University has a responsibility to regional leadership, as designer of the future and institution identified and consistent with the times, able to adapt to the realities of the present without sacrificing the forecast of a different and better future. In fulfilling this mission the University must increase the formation of human resources with a sense of belonging towards the Region and will contribute to generating leaders in various fields and activities. Many universities have neglected their academic excellence, educational quality and they have failed to be recognized at national and international level by the excellence of its academic production, translated in the integral formation and professional quality of its graduates, at the level of its services and other activities, and a permanent process of technological modernization. Some universities do not support the fulfilment of their missions with sustained efforts in the modernization of its management, seeking efficiency and rising based on a structure and an organizational climate cohesion appropriate; high capacity for adaptation and response to changes; and commitment to their goals.
